Check in

Normal

Learn about the two options available for your check-in at AIFA.

Check In is understood as the process by which a user registers with their corresponding data in order to confirm their boarding within the flight. There are several ways to do it, it depends on the airline you choose, and it has estimated times for its completion.

If you are going to check baggage or know the maximum weight allowance for hand luggage, you will find all the relevant information here.

Baggage check-in refers to the process of sending items that do not meet the requirements for carriage in carry-on baggage to the cargo hold of an aircraft.

AIFA has two check-in models for passengers:

The first based on traditional counters check-in (initial registration) for domestic and international use with traditional counters.

The second billing model is through self-service kiosks for check-in (initial registration).

In addition, in order to provide the greatest ease to the passenger, there are 20 self-service kiosks called drop off (baggage drop), specially designed for passengers who have made their check in (initial registration) in advance through websites, airline apps and/or autonomous check-in kiosks.
